It's the little things that are getting so time consuming. Simple brackets, positioning etc.. seem to take too much time.
I went with a 18" fan blade and a big block fan shroud and had to make a top bracket for the shroud, cut & snip the shroud to fit then re-position it on the core support so that everything is centered and clears.

Got the right angled a/c fittings so I was able to run the a/c lines, cut them to length and mark them for crimping. Once I get them crimped on Monday, i'll be able to mount the Vintage air Evap/heater core assembly under the dash for the last time.

This is what $150 gets you for a stainless braid P/S hose kit

20190504_132028 by F G, on Flickr

This shit is a biotch to cut and assemble.. used half a box of bandaids in the process

Once everything is in, i'll get some billet duel line clamps to clean up the look

As if my wiring nightmare wasn't bad enough already... i've added a digital climate control to the system.. That's right, set it on a temp and that's what it'll be. These tubes with sensors go in the vent hoses, also one in each floor vent, one in the defrost vent and one on the blower motor...
Also added a GPS speed module and an outside temp sensor. It all matches and is integrated with the digital instrument display.. pretty cool for a 50 year old car

Getting the A/C & Heater controls wired up with the digital climate control module and then the GPS speed module with compass and outside air temp sensor.. A lot for an old car. Once i'm feeling good about the wiring and routing i'll button things up a little more and install the top section to the glove box.
